Our B&B is a completely renovated building with modern standards of comfort and eco-friendliness. It has a cheerful and colorful atmosphere, designed for both functionality and relaxation for our guests. We take pride in offering a well-stocked video and book library that is completely available to our guests.
Our large studio apartment includes a bathroom, kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, living area, internet and TV. The other rooms are spacious and equipped with TV, computer and unlimited Wi-Fi access for our guests.
In our small but friendly garden, our guests can sunbathe, smoke a cigarette, read a book or listen to good music. The breakfast we offer is of high quality and rich in flavors.
We are present every day to ensure the maximum comfort of our guests, and we are always available to accompany and guide them on their excursions, to introduce them to the beauty and history of this land.
In addition to lodging and breakfast, we offer our guests a small garden where they can spend relaxing hours, read a book or sunbathe, and a large room where they can read, watch TV (including SKY) or choose a movie from our video library.
Our facility is located just 100 meters from the equipped green path along the Tiber River, where young and old, runners, cyclists and walkers can find moments of relaxation and stress relief. Along the path, it is possible to fish (with a license and equipment), observe the kingfishers or the otters that live there permanently, and practice sports at nearby sports facilities, such as soccer, indoor soccer, basketball, beach volleyball, tennis and swimming pool.
We take pride in offering a homemade breakfast that has a common base available all year round. It includes milk, tea (black, green and other varieties), coffee (Italian and American), croissants and pastries (warm and fresh), jams (store-bought and homemade), fruit juice, bread (plain and salted, normal and toasted, often freshly baked), cereal (at least 3 types) and cookies.
Depending on the season or occasion, we add additional dishes to the breakfast. For example, during Easter in Perugia, we offer a savory breakfast with the traditional Easter Cheese Cake, ham, hard-boiled eggs and toast with typical local sauces (chicken liver pate, truffle pate, and more). During Eurochocolate, we never forget to include chocolate.
In the summer, we offer a basket of fresh fruit, while during the Christmas period, we offer both sweet and savory options. Additionally, in our home, we often prepare desserts such as fruit tarts, cream or chocolate cakes, muffins, profiteroles, etc., which we offer to our guests as a friendly gesture.
Our breakfast is rich, varied and never monotonous. We are also equipped to provide breakfast for celiacs, to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests. We are certain that our breakfast will satisfy the tastes and needs of every guest, guaranteeing a perfect start to the day for your adventures in beautiful Perugia.

We are originally from Sicily, but we chose to move to Umbria twenty years ago because of our love for this land.

Our B&B Percorso Verde is situated in a prime location just a few meters from the Tiber river, along the Francigena route that led pilgrims to Assisi. Our area is flat, surrounded by greenery and equipped with sports facilities in the hamlet of Ponte Valleceppi in Perugia. Within walking distance of our property, our guests can find services such as post office, ATM, bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, wine bars, pizzerias, sports facilities and swimming pool.
The center of Perugia is easily reachable in a few minutes by car or bus, while the E45 expressway, which connects the most famous locations in Umbria, is less than 2 km from our property. Our guests can quickly reach places such as Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Todi, Orvieto, Gubbio and Spoleto.
The train station is only 3 km from our property, while S. Egidio airport is about 5 km away. Parking is easy to find and free, just a few meters from our property.
